Terms of Purchase

1. Our responsibility is only limited to packaging and production. For any issues that may arise during shipping, we will assist you in contacting the shipping company to file a compensation claim.
   
   
2. Refund requests may not be granted after production begins on April 1st if they do not meet our refund policy.
   
   
3. Updating orders:
   ☛  In case you want to update the quantity of goods you want to buy, please contact us before the production process begins. (1 April 2025).
   Changing order informations:
   ☛  In case you need to update your address or contact information, please contact us before the shipping process begins. (1 May 2025).
   
   
4. By purchasing you acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies.

✦ Refund Policy

• If you receive a defective item(s) because of a manufacturing defect or a packaging error, we will offer you a refund of the defective item(s) you have been ordered and a digital version of the book.
  
• There are some countries that we cannot ship to. In case, we cannot ship to your country but you have paid from us. We will refund you in full.
• For items missing from your order, we will send you a digital copy of the book and refund you the money you spent on the missing item.

Conditions for requesting a refund:

• Damage caused by manufacturing or packaging errors: color errors, skewed images, water damage, missing product(s) or damaged goods within an undamaged unopened box.
  
• Provide clear videos and photos of the unpacking process.
  
• Refund request must be within 10 days after receiving your order.
