Questions about pre-order
✿ When will pre-orders open and when will pre-orders close? When will production begin, and when will I receive my goods?

Depending on your location compared to Vietnam and VN Post's route, the time you receive the goods will vary. However, most people will receive the goods from June to July.
✿ Do we accept the COD payment method?
We do not accept COD payment methods. And only accept “pay in full” payment.
✿ How do I use my discount code?
To redeem your discount, please fill out this order form: Link
Once we receive your order, we'll send you a confirmation email within 10 days with the discounted total (excluding shipping).
To finalize your pre-order, simply pay the discounted amount within the specified timeframe.
✿ Will there be a second round of sales?
Currently, we have decided not to open the second round of sales.
If there is, we will make an official announcement about this. For now, we do not have enough people to support the sale of the second round, because the process of implementing the second round will take a lot of time and effort, and it is not aimed at our inherent non-profit purpose.
Questions about product
✿ Will the product produced be physical or digital?
We have decided not to sell the digital version, all items will be physical.
✿ Can I sell the products after purchase?
You are free to resell the product but do not split items for resale or reselling at a higher price.
✿ Updating orders and changing order informations.
Update of orders:
☛ In case you want to update the quantity of goods you want to buy, please contact us before the production process begins. (1 April 2025).
Changing order informations: (ex: shipping address, contact information, etc.)
☛ In case you need to update your address or contact information, please contact us before the shipping process begins. (1 May 2025).
Questions about shipping
✿ Where is the product being sent from? And which country will you ship to?
Our products are produced in Vietnam. We offer shipping to countries served by VN Post.
✿ Do you support combining orders to reduce shipping costs?
Because the shipping fee will be a large amount and may be larger than the cost of the goods, we do not prohibit cases of combining orders to reduce shipping costs.
However, we will not be in charge of any combining orders activities or cooperate with any group/person to combine orders. If you plan to purchase from a third party to reduce shipping costs, please make sure they are trustworthy.
✿ How will orders be tracked, and how will shipping issues that arise be resolved?
After your purchase has been confirmed, we will provide and update you on the production, tracking number, and shipping process via email.
Regarding shipping issues, if any:

- Goods may be in transit in a country for 5-30 days. In case the goods are in transit longer than the mentioned date, you can notify us or call the shipping company in charge.
- Please note that VAT is not included in the purchase price. You may be required to pay VAT when your order arrives at your country's customs.
- Please take a photo or report your situation to us and the shipping company if your order is damaged or lost. We will assist you in the process of receiving compensation from the shipping company. While waiting for your situation to be resolved, we will send you a digital version of the book.
- Please note that we are only in charge of production and are not responsible for shipping-related issues.
